Crown Enterprises, a Metro-Detroit based company with affiliated operations throughout North America, is looking for rising stars that want to work in the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate market. This position offers upward mobility and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

The Portfolio Manager reports to the Director of Real Estate Transactions and is responsible for a portfolio of properties in Windsor, ON. These responsibilities include the marketing, leasing, and acquisition of properties.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Management of a portfolio of assets which are national in scope
- Market vacant facilities using various provided tools
- Conduct site searches for related and third party tenants for potential acquisitions
- First hand involvement in property management
- Take an ownership perspective with regards to leasing real estate, including developing strategic marketing plans for each asset within the portfolio and executing those plans in accordance with Crown Enterprises corporate objectives
- Less than 25% travel
- Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, finance, or business administration preferred but not required
- Experience in real estate, portfolio management/asset management is a plus but not necessary
- History of site selection, marketing, property development, property management, leasing and financial skills
- Good negotiating skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
