Warehouse Team Member

A key team member in within the Operations Department responsible for receiving, shipping, handling/processing as well as physically counting inventory within the warehouse and facility. This role will require an understanding of capital, consumable & service receipts from suppliers and shipments to customers for sales and evaluations/demo purposes.
The successful applicant will:
Perform receiving of purchase orders, transfer orders and returns
Accurately enter lot/serial numbers and expiry dates when receiving and shipping out products
Move inventory within the warehouse
Pick, double check and pack orders
Communicate with other departments (report discrepancy, inquire about missing information and resolve other warehouse related issues)
Enter domestic and international waybills with shipping partners for both LTL and courier shipments
Work with shipping partners to schedule pick-ups and assist with loading shipments as necessary
Maintain files of receiving and shipment records
Perform and assist with daily inventory cycle count
Participate in training relevant to the role
Keep the work area clean and tidy
- High school diploma
3 years relevant experience
+1 years’ ERP systems experience and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
NetSuite experience would be an asset
Trained and skilled in the safe operation of a reach truck and pallet lift.
Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to speak clearly and concisely
Attention to detail is a key attribute
