**Here’s What You Bring to the Team**:

- At least 5 years of construction management experience in the residential construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and foster strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams.

**We would love it if you had these too**:

- A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in construction management, budgeting, and scheduling softwares and technologies.
- Experience implementing process improvements and standardizing operations to increase efficiencies.
- A strong commitment to fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
- A positive, driven, and coachable attitude that contributes to the Shane Homes company culture.
- A valid Class 5 Drivers’ License and clean drivers abstract.

**Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like**:

- Developing and implementing strategic construction action plans aligned with Shane Homes Company Goals.
- Monitoring and addressing quality control inspections, trade invoices, and construction budgets.
- Overseeing WTO (Walk Through Orientation), key release, and PM QC inspections, with a goal of acheiving zero deficiencies.
- Mentoring and supporting Site Superintendents and Construction Assistants with hands-on field engagement 3-4 times per week.
- Conducting performance reviews, setting clear goals, and fostering professional growth among team members.
- Driving consistency across field operations, refining construction procedures and meeting build-time targets.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and maintaining the highest standards of quality in all projects.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and supplier partners.
- Proactively resolving escalated construction and customer service issues.
