'''Duties:''' - Conduct classroom training sessions to educate new truck drivers on safety regulations, company policies, and best practices. - Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities. - Communicate effectively with trainees to ensure understanding and address any questions or concerns. - Provide one-on-one tutoring and coaching to drivers who require additional support or remedial training. - Monitor trainee progress and evaluate their performance through written exams, driving evaluations, and practical assessments. - Collaborate with other trainers and management to continuously improve training programs and materials. '''Qualifications:''' - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. - Proven experience as a truck driver with a strong understanding of industry regulations and safe driving practices. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively deliver training materials to diverse audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with trainees and provide constructive feedback. - Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. - Organizational skills to manage training schedules, documentation, and records. - Ability to stay up-to-date with industry changes and incorporate them into training programs. **Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
