Janssen Inc., a member of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Platforms Associate located in Toronto, ON **.**
The Platforms Associate is responsible for supporting the commercial business as a domain expert on data, analytics and our reporting and CRM platforms. Collaborate across diverse functions and levels within the organization to enable data-driven, patient-focused decision making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the advancement of our commercial reporting platform to support measurement process and provide operationalized reporting across all syndicate and proprietary data sources.
- Coordinate the design, implementation and adoption of CRM system capabilities to support key planning and Go-To-Market processes for the commercial organization.
- Provide data analysis and analytic solutions to inform business decisions, drive competitive advantage and facilitate insight generation by the commercial organization.
- Provide commercial sales and marketing end-user platform support and training.
- Locate and define new data and analytics process improvement opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years professional work experience
- Prior work experience as a systems or data analyst and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools; Excel, Qlik, Tableau
- Strong data integrity management and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques; detail and accuracy oriented
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to understand and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Adept at prioritizing on results-focused work and prioritizing multiple demands
**Preferred**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management
- MBA is an asset
