Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the towing company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, Operating tow trucks, flatbeds, and wreckers
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in operations

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Operating tow trucks, flatbeds, and wreckers
- Knowledge of towing industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Salary**: $100,000.00 per year
