The Change Management Analyst will play a critical role in the success of our Regional Endoscopy Central Intake Program for Colorectal Cancer Screening. This position will focus on developing and implementing change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to ensure the seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices. The Change Management Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate change, manage resistance, and ensure the program's objectives are met.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Change Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful implementation of the Regional Endoscopy Central Intake Program.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrative staff, and leadership teams, to ensure their involvement and buy-in throughout the change process.

Communication Planning: Create clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about program updates, changes, and milestones.

Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs and materials to equip staff with the knowledge and skills necessary for the program's success.

Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of changes on various hospitals and individuals and develop mitigation plans as needed.

Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change by implementing strategies to encourage acceptance and cooperation among stakeholders.

Measurement and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about best practices in change management and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and strategies.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Change Management Professional certification is an asset
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and engagement skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software/tools.
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; ability to effectively communicate in French will be considered an asset
