- Meets and exceeds performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
- Markets products and offers value-added services.
- Develops strong business relationships in growing existing accounts, and prospects for opportunities within the account base.
- Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Keeps abreast of new products and acquires and shares competitive knowledge.
- Reports industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.
- May function as the lead for other ISRs with respect to processes, systems, customers, etc.
- Prospect and determine sales opportunities within new and existing customers

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong work ethic, possess integrity, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player.
- Excellent people skills with a dynamic personality.
- Good time management skills, deadline orientated, and ability to multitask.
- Organized, reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator.
- Able to think ‘quickly on your feet’ and work independently.
- Polite, engaging, with a natural and friendly phone voice.
- Professional in all correspondence.
- Familiar with or has prior experience using CRM software (NetSuite).
- Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts.
