Customer Support Specialist

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and online chats for EV Charging customers.
- Review and assess customer concerns for possible troubleshooting and remote diagnostics
- Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Educate customers on how to resolve issues
- Accurately record issues and data into Ticketing System
- Provide an exceptional experience to customers on a daily basis
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required
- Passion for delivering great customer experiences with an ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently, analyze data, take, and recommend appropriate actions with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with documentation and SOP creation, a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
