**What you will do**:
- Ensure organization & cleanliness to improve overall safety in the warehouse
- Establish and maintain excellent customer service to ensure that all product delivered to a customer or branch will be the proper quantity of the proper product with the appropriate packaging
- Ensure that all safety standards are met and exceeded as outlined in the Company Safety Manual
- Demonstrate personal responsibility & accountability daily with regard to attitude, job performance, professionalism and commitment to continuous development
- Support and promote the company’s Core Values or Personal Excellence, Teamwork and Achievement
**Requirements**:
- 5-7 years industry warehouse experience with demonstrated product knowledge
- Proven supervisory skills including experience hiring, coaching, disciplining, scheduling and providing training for employees
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers, customers and employees
- Promotes a team environment to achieve both company and personal success
- Makes decisions to deal with situations quickly and calmly under pressure
- Exercise sound judgement when dealing with suppliers, customers & employees
- Meets frequent deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Lead and motivate staff to meet/exceed personal and company goals/objectives
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure for results
- Ability to utilize standard office equipment
