**Responsibilities/ Duties**:
Your role will majorly revolve around the following activities:

- Receiving of goods
- Inventory management
- Processing orders online on the system
- Invoicing
- Processing, picking and packing orders in the warehouse
- Handling customer inquiries from time to time
- Customer service follow up
- Keeping the warehouse neat and organized to ensure products are always easily locatable and accessible
- Supporting the team with other ad hoc activities

This position will report directly to the Manager of the company and with their help you will learn all aspects of warehouse & operations.

A working knowledge of courier shipping systems and experience using indoor lift vehicles in the warehouse would be an asset.
