The role of a Client Service Manager will be to continue to strengthen and develop the relationship with select clients, develop new client relationships, and act as the primary interface between the customer and JMP in the Lethbridge market. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing the complex relationships between client personnel, JMP resources and the general contractors that JMP directly works with. Reporting to the Calgary Branch Manager, this is a tremendous opportunity for an individual who enjoys the excitement and challenge of delivering controls solutions, managing projects, and building relationships with select clients to grow JMP’s footprint in a new market.

As Client Service Manager, you will also be responsible for virtually all technical work with respect to projects and services provided to customers. You will have a pivotal role in solving our customers’ business problems, using your creativity and technical expertise to create, design and implement innovative controls systems solutions. Be on the front lines interfacing with customers while providing tier-1 service and support and value-added expertise in the areas of project management and business development.

**What would a typical day be like?**
- Manage the existing client relationships in Lethbridge & the surrounding area; strengthen the partnerships with both the clients and related contractors
- Determine client needs and provide or propose services/solutions
- Act as the central contact person for all matters with clients in the region
- Lead and take responsibility for project deliverables, internal quality control standards, and cost control
- Management and technical execution of a wide range of automation projects, including electrical design, PLC/HMI design & programming, testing, troubleshooting, and support
- Assist in business development, proposal development and pricing
- Work closely with the Calgary Branch Manager to support all business unit priorities

**What qualifies you for this opportunity?**
- 7+ years experience in a technical role, with demonstrated capabilities to design and program PLC & HMI-based control systems; Rockwell/Schneider experience preferred
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability and desire to create proposals AND execute some or all the technical work required to support regional growth
- Develop relationships and turn new beachhead customers into key walletshare accounts
- Ability to travel; although this position is focused on local clients and mínimal travel is required, CSMs should have the ability to travel within Canada and the US
