**Part-Time Secretary - One-year Maternity Leave coverage**

Holy Rosary Parish in Milton is looking for a part-time Secretary (25 hours/week, Monday to Friday: hours are flexible) to cover a one-year Maternity Leave. Reporting to the Parish Priest, this position offers a competitive rate of pay, benefits & pension package and requires a commitment to work the outlined hours with some flexibility when needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Complete weekly bulletin
- Sacramental registration, scheduling, recording, and issuing certificates.
- Organize and review pastoral letters of reference.
- Organize and lead Volunteer Screening Committee.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Education: high school or higher
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Good understanding of Catholic teachings
- Experience with Parish Data-Base System (PDS) an asset
