1-2 years Experience with the JobBoss system is a must
- Reviewing Time tickets to ensure accuracy
- Assigning material in house to Jobs and issuing Job Travellers from the system
- Ensuring Job Travelers are accurate and have all needed Material certifications with them
- Assisting and troubleshooting with the shop floor when they are having issues signing in or out of job Steps
- Ensuring closed out Job packages have all the needed steps completed in the job Boss prior to shipping
- Performs other Office Clerk duties such as: answering phones, taking messages, handling mail and scheduling appointments. everyday duties include collecting information, faxing, scanning, making copies and data entry

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halton Hills, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
