Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Organic Nail Lounge & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and MS Office, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • QuickBooks and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
