**SERVICE DRIVE THRU CONCIERGE/ATTENDANT**

Bramgate Automotive all-new, premier facility is in the heart of Peel region, located next to Toronto Pearson Airport. We are seeking a motivated team member to join our Service Department for our Audi Mississauga, Airport. With state-of-the-art equipment, a combined 29 work bays at the Airport and Mavis locations, multiple customer lounges, and digital tools to facilitate premium client experiences, we are prepared to leverage these resources to grow into the destination of choice for Audi Service and Parts in the Greater Toronto Area. - Position Summary:_

As Service Drive Thru Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting customers, tagging, and parking vehicles for service, as well as ensuring that vehicles are washed, cleaned and ready for pick-up.

**Requirements**:

- Greeter -Service Support:_
- Greet customers maintaining Company high standards of service.
- Comply with safety protocols.
- Tagging and parking service vehicles.
- Wash exterior and polish as required.
- Vacuum and detail interior of vehicle as required.
- Conduct alignment inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
- Liaise with Service staff on a regular basis staying abreast of customer’s vehicle status.
- Maintain safe and clean drive-thru.
- Assist Service team with other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education.
- 1-3 years of direct work experience, preferably in luxury dealership.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good time management skills.
- Previous detailing experience.
- Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Strong customer service orientation.
