**The Opportunity**

We are actively seeking a **Materials Management Coordinator** to join our Continuous Improvement team at **AGI Rosenort,** a division of AGI. This position requires an individual that can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and “ever changing” environment leveraging strong interpersonal skills. You will require the ability to identify and drive operational improvements at all levels utilizing a very “hands on” approach to creating value and buy-in as a change facilitator for the plant’s Lean journey.

**The Team**

We are currently a dynamic team of 2 from varied backgrounds. We collaborate closely with each other as well as the entire AGI Rosenort team. The Materials Management Coordinator will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

**Responsibilities**

The Materials Management Coordinator will require to complete the following but not limited to:

- Assist with and execute business improvement projects within warehouse & material management.
- Work with the materials management team to help improve space utilization, storage and material accessibility
- Identify opportunities to sustain and improve the operations through standard work, sharing best practice and lean improvements.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance to documented warehouse management procedures and SOP
- Develop and support a lean culture across the warehouse operations
- Work within the warehouse managers to develop lean processes and ways of working and incorporate these into day-to-day operations.
- Support technology deployment across the warehousing and materials business areas.

**Qualifications**
- Results based communication style with strong impact and influencing skills.
- Bachelors in Engineering preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma certified
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
