We are Grayscale Fine Portraits, the masters of black and white portraiture. At our upscale studio in North York Toronto, we offer individuals and families a chance to let their true beauty shine by capturing and producing fine art black and white portraiture, where their real, feature-focused portraits stand out radiantly against this world of filters, special effects, and artificial lenses.

OUR MISSION is to empower individuals and families to embrace and share their beauty and strength through fine art black and white portraiture, where memories are made in-session and cherished for generations to come as fine art pieces.

**Responsibilities**:

- The role requires both hospitality and administrative skills_
- Assist clients of all types with their experience with their visit; creating excitement
- Sharing product knowledge and reasoning with clients
- Liaise with teams of partners (the photgrapher, design consultants, third-parties, etc.).
- Hold reasonable expectations of work quality and social skills.
- Experience, interest and ability to engage with children (entertaining them while their parents are in-session)
- Be self-motivated and flex your creativity with guest entertainment and interaction.
- Work with Google Suites updating various charts/spreadsheets, organizing data, and updating the database with notes
- All team members are crossed-trained and may occasionally assist with other tasks

**Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year**

- A very passionate and outgoing personality that people are attracted to
- Minimum 3 years of successful hospitality/ client relations experience
- Knowledge and appreciation for family portraiture
- Experience in Google Suite & Google Business
- Experience with affluent clients, you're comfortable with fine art operations
- Ability to establish immediate rapport with everyone (from children to seniors)
- You possess a strong “Can Do - Will Do" attitude combined with a cheerful positive outlook
- Flexible and open to trying new techniques, receiving feedback & experimenting novel ideas
- Bonus: if photography and-or sales background (as these skills are transferable to our industry and transferable to our process).
