This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone who loves to create, build, and bring innovative products to life—whether it’s a new gadget, consumer product, or custom hardware solution.

**Position Overview**:
As the **Co-Founder & CTO** specializing in **physical product development**, you’ll be at the heart of bringing groundbreaking ideas to life. With direct access to cutting-edge technologies, including 3D printers, CAD software, and specialized hardware tools, you’ll help turn dreams into tangible products. Your primary role will be to lead the development of physical products from ideation through to prototyping, and ultimately, production.

You’ll work closely with passionate entrepreneurs who want to bring their product ideas to market, and you’ll guide them through the entire product development process. From initial concept designs to manufacturing, you’ll ensure that each product is crafted with the highest standards of quality and precision.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with a strong desire to create and build physical products and help shape the future of new businesses. **No formal experience is required**—we’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for technology and physical product design who is eager to learn, grow, and take on exciting challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Product Development**:

- Oversee the entire process of physical product development from initial concept through design, prototyping, and production.
- Work hands-on with entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into workable prototypes using 3D printing, CAD tools, and custom-built hardware solutions.
- **3D Design & Prototyping**:

- Utilize 3D modeling software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360) to design product concepts and prototypes.
- Manage the 3D printing and prototyping process, ensuring high-quality prototypes and rapid iteration to meet product goals.
- **Hardware & Electronics Integration**:

- Assist in integrating electronics and hardware components into products, collaborating with engineers to ensure proper functionality.
- Source and manage hardware materials, components, and tools to bring products to life.
- **Collaboration with Entrepreneurs**:

- Work directly with startup founders to understand their vision and technical requirements, helping them refine and develop their product concepts.
- Provide guidance on product design, functionality, and manufacturability to ensure successful product launches.
- **Supply Chain & Manufacturing Support**:

- Develop relationships with manufacturers and suppliers for the scaling and mass production of physical products.
- Ensure smooth transitions from prototypes to finished products by overseeing the logistics, assembly, and manufacturing process.
- **Innovation & Experimentation**:

- Constantly experiment with new materials, 3D printing techniques, and manufacturing technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in product design.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to introduce cutting-edge solutions to product development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- **High School Completion** required.
- A passion for physical product design and technology is more important than formal qualifications.
- **Experience**:

- **No formal experience required.** We’re looking for someone with a passion for building and creating physical products, who is excited to learn new tools, technologies, and methods.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling, design software, and 3D printing is a plus, but not mandatory—we’ll train you.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of CAD tools, 3D printing, or product design processes is helpful but not required.
- A strong creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to solve product design challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of innovators and entrepreneurs.
