**About This Opportunity**

We are looking for a responsible, motivated individual for the temporary full-time position of **Member Associate**. This position will be located at our Kenora Branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Member Associate will provide a full range of services to members daily. This position requires excellence in meeting the needs of the members and enhancing the member relationship. Key responsibilities will include the following:

- Proactively provide solutions for members which may involve cross selling the full range of products and services
- Identify the opportunities to refer sales to other Team Members and departments
- Process member requests for account openings, updates and closures
- Resolve problems with member accounts, respond to inquiries and analyze member needs
- Maintain a strong collaborative working relationship with the Member Advisors
- Actively participate in all branch campaigns and promotions
- Perform other duties as required to ensure a superior member experience is delivered
- Support the culture, mission and values of Copperfin Credit Union

**What We Are Looking For**
- Excellent people skills with a desire to help people make informed money decisions
- Secondary School Diploma; Business Diploma with post-secondary diploma in business related field preferred, minimum of two years previous credit union experience or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of the Credit Union System
- Excellent member service skills with effective communication and organizational skills
- Strong capabilities in judgment, decision-making and time management
- Ability to collaborate closely with fellow employees in a team-oriented environment
- Must be proactive in continuing education and upgrading to keep up to date with changes in the industry relating to job function
- Must be able to meet deadlines
