**What You’ll Do**

The Cloud Solution Sales Specialist is responsible for leading the Cloud Go-To-Market strategy for increasing the overall performance of Compugen while improving customer & Compugen’s partner business success, resulting in revenue, growth and improved outcomes for Cloud aligned Priorities. The Cloud Solution Sales Specialist must develop strong partnerships across marketing, practices, services, and sales to lead and execute the priorities for the developed and company-approved strategy. Customer contact is essential to help coach and mentor the Compugen resources to be able to tell a cohesive story of the “journey to utilizing the Cloud”, and look for more opportunities by developing individual strategies to increase the ‘Sell to” direct sales model, build a program to support and organize a better “Sell with” approach with select partners and design and introduce a new way to build targeted “Sell through” motions that help to land and expand proactive solutions to customer challenges. The “cost optimization” offering decreases consumption but greatly improves customer satisfaction, new “sell through” offerings should increase consumption and still improve customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

The Cloud Solution Sales Specialist has overall responsibilities for enabling success by:

- Lead the Cloud business in alignment with other business owners.
- Empower Customers to Migrate & Innovate apps to the cloud and enable them to build skills and govern their cloud journey.
- Build and land growth plans to win and maximize the national market opportunity, based and aligned to Microsoft Canada financial year Azure priorities to ensure funding and incentives are achieved and maximized.
- Drive business outcomes by executing a national Cloud Go-To-Market plan to increase and exceed business targets.
- Evangelize how to “change the conversation” with Microsoft and select partners to help factor and align Compugen’s priorities to shift the “two-way street” paradigm.
- Increase the mind share with Microsoft and partners for Compugen’s capabilities and service offerings to help improve, build, and capture the Compugen Azure brand.
- Enable new sales opportunities via lead generation from Microsoft via partner portal and other partners methods, direct field relationships, and participation in funded activities like defined workshops. Consider how cloud solution providers should be changing the Compugen business for the better, examples for value add, self-service, hosting provider on Azure and core IT to SaaS providers. Conflict resolution between Compugen and partners on opportunities that may not fit the model or strategy.
- Provide feedback on possible changes to personal incentives to help drive Azure strategies deeper into the day-to-day of every employee that has responsibility for the Azure business.
- Provide input on national marketing plan development by providing business objectives to Marketing, insight into new markets, and Microsoft Digital marketing to help bypass eligibility requirements.
- Build a comprehensive event plan, including nationally required events, for the fiscal year to harmonize with Marketing.

**Own and Land Propositions**:

- Plan and execute activity that promotes Azure services to drive revenue growth; lead key product/services moments/activities/releases
- Maintain product knowledge and evangelize the product internally and externally to media, enthusiasts, influencers, sales (for pre-sales and consumption driving) customer and partner scenarios
- Act as the voice of the field by ensuring timely updates/feedback to Compugen on Azure Priority execution and performance nationally
- Orchestrate adoption and execution of relevant Azure-specific sales plays to deliver ACR growth by leveraging designed, built and approved strategy

**Go-to-Market Planning**:

- Focus on all Cloud services through driving new customer acquisition and customer growth
- Assist in the national product marketing strategy in accordance with growth and new sales models. Use industry and Microsoft partner guidance to align Azure Priorities and Programs & Investments
