Parking Enforcement Officer - Full Time

Position:
Concord Parking is searching for an energetic, highly organized Parking Enforcement Officer to join our parking team.

Full training and uniforms are provided.

**Location**:
Surrey primarily, but shifts could start from Richmond and Burnaby occassionally.

Shifts:

- Daytime. Shift start times vary between 7:00 AM to 11 AM. Shifts are generally 8 hours long.
- ** Available ASAP**

You will be a great fit if you are:

- A Class 5 driver with a clean driver abstract
- Proficient in English (written and verbal), other languages an asset
- Able to drive and/or walk for 6 to 8 hours a day as required.
- IT literate and confident with using technology
- Follow safe working practices, policies, and procedures.
- Able to confidently read maps and travel safely and efficiently to specific locations.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow).
- Able to wear a uniform and maintain a professional appearance

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide parking enforcement for client sites based on permits, time restrictions, and parking accuracy.
- Investigate complaints, assess violations, determine remedial actions, and enforce parking with impartiality, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Accurately and factually record and prepare detailed activity reports.
- Record and report all major accidents and incidents to Supervisor.
- Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws.

Salary & Benefits:

- **$18.00 per hour starting.**
