Parking Ambassador - Convocation
**The Opportunity**:
Our Parking Ambassadors are committed to service delivery excellence and are the first point of contact for guests arriving to Kwantlen Polytechnic University's convocation from February 13th to 16th. The position requires you to work outside and help direct traffic.

**Temporary Position: From February 13th to 16th 730 AM to 5 PM (8 hour shift, plus 1.5 hours paid overtime)**

**Wage: $22 per hour**
- _possibility of permanent position available in other departments within our Company_

**Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

- Provide a high level of customer service to campus visitors including staff, faculty, and students.
- Direct traffic, place cones or barriers, direct people, and pedestrians.
- Place event parking signage and other information signage in parking lots, pay stations and elsewhere as directed
- Accurate reporting of lot counts, lot and sign maintenance
- Communicate appropriate information to Supervisors and KPU stakeholders.
- Represent Concord Parking and KPU in a professional and positive manner.
