Maxwell is serving restaurant, retail, and grocery in across Canada and is looking for a new Support & Service Technician. The main function of the Field Service Technician will be to test, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace electronic devices on customer site.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Efficiently troubleshoot various devices while respecting customer satisfaction and cost control
- Replace varied pieces of the equipment and offer training to customers concerning their functioning
- Install and upgrade software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years working experience in technical support or software support with and/or a degree in Technical or Software Support.
- Education in Electric/Electronics or any other related fields
- Computer related or electronics oriented qualifications
- Basic understanding of merchant environments & operations
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge in at least one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning & configuring relevant technologies
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Android, and Apple operating systems

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Onsite in client retail and restaurant merchant environments.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Successful background check
- Credit check
- Valid Driver's License with Clean Record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
