**But du poste**

Le chargé de projet multidisciplinaire sera responsable de la gestion de projets multidisciplinaire dans divers secteurs, tout en soutenant le développement des opportunités. Il sera responsable de la livraison des projets notamment des secteurs industriel, énergétique, minier, pétrolier et gazier pour des clients des secteurs privé et public de l’Est du Canada tout en soutenant l’équipe nord-américaine.

**Responsabilités**:
**_Rendement _**
- Appuyer les équipes pour assurer le prépositionnement pour les projets et collaborer dans le développement des occasions d’affaires.
- Élaborer et réviser les réponses aux appels d’offres, les dossiers d’étendue des travaux, les budgets et les rapports d’étape.
- Diriger des équipes unidisciplinaires et multidisciplinaires pour garantir la réussite et la solidité techniques des projets et répondre aux besoins des clients et de GHD, voire les dépasser.
- Planifier, gérer et contrôler l’envergure du mandat, l’échéancier et le budget dans le cadre de projets multidisciplinaires afin d’assurer le succès des projets auprès de nos clients.
- Stimuler le rendement financier en matière de contribution, notamment le suivi et la gestion des occasions d’affaires, l’utilisation du personnel, le délai de recouvrement des comptes clients, les variances et les majorations.
- Gérer, atténuer et signaler les risques tout au long des cycles d’obtention de mandats et d’exécution de projets.
- Appliquer les systèmes de gestion de GHD pour la sécurité, l’intégrité, la qualité et l’environnement.
- Promouvoir l’élaboration de méthodes innovantes d’exécution de projets et y participer.

- Assurer une coordination et une communication exemplaire auprès des clients afin de mener à bien les projets.
- Participer activement à des opportunités de développements d’affaires avec des clients actuels ou potentiels.
- Participer activement aux événements des clients, des organisations professionnelles et de l’industrie afin de promouvoir la marque GHD.

**_Personnel _**
- Collaborer avec les responsables des marchés mondiaux, nord-américains et régionaux, les gestionnaires des relations clients, les responsables de discipline, les responsables des secteurs de clients et les directeurs de groupe d’affaires afin d’atteindre d’excellents résultats commerciaux.
- Démontrer et promouvoir des compétences en exécution de projets en travaillant avec les directeurs et coordonnateurs de projets, ainsi que les équipes unidisciplinaires et multidisciplinaires.
- Collaborer avec le bureau de gestion de projets régional.

**Expérience et qualifications**
- Études requises : diplôme en génie
- Expérience requise : au moins 10 années d’expérience dans le génie-conseil avec un minimum de 5 ans en gestion de projets
- Certifications et titres requis : titre d’ingénieur professionnel (auprès de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
- Compétences techniques requises : excellente connaissance et expérience avérée de l’exécution de projets
- Bilinguisme : excellentes habiletés en communication écrite et verbale en anglais* et en français.
- Autres compétences : aptitude manifeste à développer, mentorer et diriger du personnel technique professionnel.
- *Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés internes et externes dans l’équipe de l’Est du Canada et les équipes canadiennes ou mondiales de façon régulière, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. _
