Agile Project Manager

TEHORA is currently looking for an agile Project Manager with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wants to use his skills within a versatile team.
**Description of work or deliverables**:
Create favorable conditions for a high-performance team focused on priority business needs;
Support the PO in prioritizing the product backlog and ensure its maintenance, lead planning meetings, daily scrums, retrospectives and progress reviews;
Eliminate obstacles and ensure close collaboration between the various stakeholders, in addition to ensuring the clarity of each role;
Ensure that the production team is functional, productive and that it constantly improves its productivity;
Assess the risks and the action plans to put in place;
Ensure the implementation of the action plans defined during the retrospectives and following the risk assessment;
Protect the team from any external interference;
Produce accountability adapted to the context (just enough, just in time);
Ensure the proper allocation of resources (human and budgetary) in accordance with the orientations, the roadmap and the priorities (capacity management);
Plan and animate the committees according to the established governance in order to provide visibility on the progress of the project(s) (scope, deadlines, budgets, risks, decisions) and obtain the required support from the partners and managers concerned by the project. project;
Make full use of project management tools, methods and techniques, framed by the Agile philosophy, to manage medium and large-scale initiatives;
Ensure effective communication and collaboration of all stakeholders;
Produce the required metrics and measures, take stock of them and implement the actions required to ensure performance. Ensure a periodic update of the project and produce a progress report;
Define with the stakeholders concerned, the implementation strategies, the testing, implementation, training and change management strategies;
As a member of the project office, act as an ambassador in the implementation of agility within the organization, actively participate in communities of practice and the evolution of tools and processes;
Any other responsibilities that fall under this level of intervention.
**Deliverables Including**:
Detailed work planning;
Record of follow-up of deliverables;
Periodic project monitoring reports (costs and deadlines);
Project briefs;
Management information required for the integrated monitoring of interventions and reporting, if applicable;
Register of current and completed requests;
Log of outstanding items;
Record of decision points;
Log of change requests;
Phase and project report;
Any other deliverables related to previous activities.
**Requirements**:
have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of information technology;
have acted as a project manager, within the last eight (8) years, in at least two (2) projects of a minimum scope of one thousand (1000) person-days each, including the participation of the project manager of projects has reached a minimum of one hundred (100) person-days in each of the projects. These projects must have been carried out in the field of maintenance, evolution and development of systems and in an organizational environment comparable to the Department;
have acquired a minimum of three (3) years of experience as an agile project manager.
