Coffee Roaster

**COFFEE ROASTER**
**Part time or full time position (21 - 35 hrs)**

**This is a great opportunity for someone to enter into the coffee world - no experience necessary.**

**On the job training will be provided by our current roaster who will be working part time as well.**

Are you:

- Physically fit, mechanically inclined, detail minded and a problem solver?

Do you:

- Like working independently (most of the time) doing repetitive tasks?
- Have basic math and computer skills?

What you’ll be trained to do:

- Production coffee roasting adhering to established recipes.
- Routine coffee roaster maintenance.
- Assess coffee roasting needs and doing quality checks.
- Entering basic roast data into the computer.

**What It Takes To Rock This Role**:

- Coffee Roasting Experience is Preferred but not required.
- Positive, friendly, problem solving mind set.
- Able to bend, twist, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality and care about the work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
