Key Responsibilities:
- Assist facilities team in daily operations
- Maintain accurate records for inventory management
- Respond to tenant and staff inquiries promptly
- Support routine duties and standards for cleanliness
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Quebec driver's license necessary
- Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail in tasks
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours
