Lead and inspire as the Executive Director at peopleCare, enhancing the quality of senior living. Ensure excellent care standards and operational efficiency in a supportive environment. As a key member of the peopleCare Senior Management Team, you will guide a long-term care home towards excellence in resident experience and operational performance. Your role focuses on strategic planning, compliance with regulations, and fostering a cohesive culture among a multidisciplinary team. You'll actively engage with families and community partners to ensure meaningful connections. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of home leadership and operations
- Implement strategic goals to enhance resident experience
- Drive accountability and innovation among staff
- Build relationships with community stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards
- Relevant degree in health or social services
- At least five years of leadership experience in care services
- Strong knowledge of Ontario long-term care regulations
- Proven skills in budget management and team leadership
- Focus on continuous improvement and resident-centered care
