Key Responsibilities
• Manage floor operations and technician productivity
• Ensure client billing processes are accurate and prompt
• Maintain updated equipment inventory and safety protocols
• Facilitate training and development of team members
• Engage with clients to guarantee their needs are met
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in hospitality industry
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Familiarity with audio-visual equipment in events
