Deeply understand user needs for internally developed solutions or third‐party system integrations. Define and evolve the product vision based on business goals and technology roadmap. Translate requirements into clear, structured user stories for development teams. Lead, support, and develop software development and QA team members. Monitor individual and collective performance while fostering team cohesion and collaboration. Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, technical constraints, and user impact. Facilitate workshops, requirement‐gathering sessions, and product reviews with stakeholders. Maintain up‐to‐date documentation on functional processes, workflows, and solution architecture. Stay informed on software development trends and propose continuous improvements. Perform any related tasks required as part of the role. Bachelor's degree in technology, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of product management experience in software development environments. Proven experience leading teams, coaching talent, and supporting professional growth. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Ability to write and analyze user scenarios and functional requirements. Analytical mindset, autonomy, proactivity, and strong decision‐making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in French with strong English communication skills for interactions with external partners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and resilience under pressure. Customer‐centric mindset and attention to quality. Assets PSPO certification. Project management experience. Programming knowledge. Familiarity with collaborative tools. Experience with AI or cloud environments. Background in the media or entertainment industry.
