Bilingual Customer Success and Training Specialist (French required) Introduction Are you fluent in French and passionate about education? Our client is looking for a calm, reliable, and collaborative Bilingual Customer Success and Training Specialist to support educators and districts across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who values structured work, meaningful relationships, and consistent contributions to student success. What You’ll Do You will manage a portfolio of English and French-speaking educational partners, ensuring they receive dependable, high-quality support. You will foster long-term relationships, provide training and implementation guidance, and oversee renewals while helping educators make the most of their EdTech tools.
