Drive payroll excellence as a Senior Workday Absence Specialist with Sunoco LP in Canada. This term role focuses on leading payroll initiatives and ensuring compliance. In this position, you will lead testing, reporting, and project deployment for Canadian payroll and absence management systems. Your expertise in Workday functionalities, complemented by active certifications, will enable you to work independently and address complex challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Testing
- Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions
- Facilitate Canadian Payroll and Scheduling functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth resolution of deployment issues
- Minimum 10 years of Workday experience
- Current Workday certifications required
- Proficient in Canadian Payroll and Absence protocols
- Proven ability in E2E and UAT testing leadership
- Strong communication and project management capabilities
