Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leading Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of workers in various industries. The Leading Hand will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of workers
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor and report on the progress of work
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and used correctly
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Liaise with management and other departments as required
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Train and develop team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
