- Advise on laws and company policy applications
- Negotiate and draft various commercial agreements
- Ensure compliance with product safety regulations
- Develop compliance programs and training
- Support privacy law compliance and assessments
- LL.B./J.D. and Law Society of Ontario membership
- Five years of relevant experience
- Strong business judgment and technical expertise
- Proficient drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience with privacy law is a plus
