Lead transformative training initiatives for the Government of Alberta's 1GX system. As a Trainer, you will report to the Manager of 1GX Business Excellence, overseeing training across diverse audiences. You will assess learning needs, design instructional materials, and develop multimedia content. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate training requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive training initiatives for 1GX system users
- Assess audience needs and job contexts for effective learning
- Design and implement engaging e-learning and multimedia resources
- Facilitate virtual training sessions translating complex information
- Manage multiple training projects with effective prioritization
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Proficiency with digital and multimedia tools for training
