Join our team as a Quality Management Lead to oversee the establishment of a new Stem Cell Laboratory, focusing on compliance and quality systems. Ensure operational success from the beginning. As we launch our Stem Cell Laboratory, we're looking for a Quality Management Lead who can manage the critical aspects of quality assurance and regulatory compliance. This senior role will oversee all phases of the laboratory start-up, including equipment validation and staff training, ensuring that operations meet the highest standards. Your leadership will be vital to achieving FACT accreditation and maintaining superior quality systems.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Lead planning and execution of laboratory start-up activities â€
¢ Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and accreditation standards â€
¢ Develop quality management systems and documentation â€
¢ Coordinate internal audits and quality reviews â€
¢ Monitor continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory processes
Requirements:

¢ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and CMLTO License â€
¢ Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance within regulated settings â€
¢ Strong background in stem cell and biotechnology â€
¢ Exceptional communication and organizational skills â€
