As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for the daily leasing services across residential properties. Key tasks include maintaining knowledge of available units, conducting market research, and executing leasing processes. Your role is vital to ensuring properties attract and retain tenants through excellent service and timely responses. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute property management policies consistently
- Conduct “personal tours” with prospective residents
- Review rental applications and verify applicant information
- Assist in managing renewal and retention programs
- Foster strong resident relations through regular visits
- Preferred RECA License in Property Management
- Minimum three years of office experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record in multi-family leasing
- Knowledge of Resident Tenancies Act required
