As a key part of the Flex Team, you’ll support various departments, ensuring smooth operations and timely production. This full-time, on-site role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Collaborate effectively while maintaining quality workmanship across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-demand departments to meet operational needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly
- Interpret diagrams and specifications for accurate assembly
- Maintain clean and organized workplace with PPE use
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and quality commitment
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking
