Key Responsibilities
• Lead preparation and execution of prospectus documents
• Conduct first-level reviews and gather feedback for improvement
• Guide teams on Canadian and US securities requirements
• Work collaboratively with various teams for successful results
• Mentor team members to cultivate a culture of excellence
Requirements:
• Experience in financial reporting and capital markets
• Canadian CPA or similar qualification
• Strong command of IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
