- Monitor performance and execute improvement action plans
- Lead and coach team members and Department Managers
- Enhance client engagement through loyalty initiatives and feedback tracking
- Manage store inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
- At least 5 years of management experience with larger teams
- Successful sales background in luxury retail environments
- Strong relationship-building and client service capabilities
- Proficient leadership and organizational skills
- Skilled in KPIs and client relationship management tools
