- Attend Morning Toolbox Meetings and manage team workflow
- Track and document material movements accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety and inventory management protocols
- Provide training and support to enhance team performance
- Drive continuous improvement within warehouse processes
- Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control and receiving operations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
- Forklift certification may be required based on needs
