Lead early childhood development as an Early Childhood Supervisor in a child care centre. This on-site role demands strong assessment skills and program implementation for children's growth. We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Supervisor with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. You will assess children's development, plan tailored learning strategies, and implement programs that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth. This role focuses on working collaboratively with staff while maintaining a positive daycare atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess children's developmental needs for learning plans
- Guide and supervise early childhood educators and assistants
- Develop programs promoting holistic child development
- Maintain equipment and order necessary supplies
- Communicate children’s progress to parents and guardians
- 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Early Childhood Education Certificate required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Criminal record check is mandatory
