Join the JCC North America as a Program Supervisor, creating engaging educational experiences for children. This position emphasizes leadership and program planning in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will oversee early childhood programs, implementing the British Columbia Early Learning Framework while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. With at least three years of experience in licensed group settings, this role will engage with staff, children, and parents alike. You'll need strong leadership skills, the ability to adapt, and a loving approach to foster children's growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop educational programs in line with learning frameworks
- Provide guidance and support to educators in a licensed setting
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation on children's health
- Valid ECE certification and First Aid/CPR
- Minimum 3 years' experience in early childhood education
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Provincial Child Care Licensing Regulations
