Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate, and supervise the renovation of Freshslice's retail commercial projects from start to finish.
Monitor the construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.
Perform hands-on tasks such as electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work as needed.
Develop floor plans, elevations, and blueprints using CAD design software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
Plan and schedule construction operations, ensuring timely completion of each phase.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors, ensuring agreement on terms and budget.
Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise the work and performance of the team throughout the project, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
Regularly assess project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any challenges faced during the project.
Collaborate with head office and receive dedicated support for project success.
Foster a fun work environment and contribute to the growth opportunities of the team.
Participate in full development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant, warehouse, and commercial building renovation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.
Proven hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Physical ability to lift, push, move, and carry light and heavy products, up to 25 lbs.
Project Manager experience is a plus.
