We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic global recruiting team driving competitive advantage through our people. Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high-quality shortlists. Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resoures, Business Administration or related field. ~10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions ~ Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead ~ A company committed to career growth

Eligibility to work in Canada: All applicants who receive an offer of employment must be eligible to work in Canada on a regular full-time basis without restrictions on their start date.
