- Prepare, pre-cook, and cook food products as needed
- Set up mise en place for smooth operation
- Clean kitchen tools and equipment post-use
- Label and store food products in compliance
- Communicate effectively with operational teams
- Proven experience as a restaurant or prep cook
- Food Safety Certification is mandatory
- Certificate from a recognized cooking school
- Understanding of various cooking techniques
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately
