Drive strategic digital initiatives as the Manager of Business Relationship and Technology Solutions. Oversee project delivery with a focus on collaboration and innovation across city departments. Tasked with reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role is critical in managing complex technology projects. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with various stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable technology solutions. Key competencies include relationship management, project oversight, and technology strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for city departments
- Manage technology initiative assessments and documentation
- Lead organizational change management efforts for project adoption
- Develop project strategies to stay within budget and timelines
- Evaluate risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Three years of experience in project management roles
- PMP certification is an asset
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
