Plasti-Fab is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to ensure production efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Use your skills to handle materials safely and effectively. As a Forklift Operator, you will play an essential role in maintaining the flow of materials required for production and shipping at Plasti-Fab. You will handle responsibilities related to machine operation, material transportation, and quality assurance. This position is crucial for meeting our operational goals and supporting our sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and industrial equipment
- Load and unload materials while ensuring safety
- Review shipping requirements for product integrity
- Document production logs and assist with cleaning tasks
- Support maintenance of machinery as needed
- High school education or equivalent required
- Previous forklift experience of 2-5 years preferred
- Current forklift operation certification preferred
- Strong emphasis on safety practices
- Able to lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly
