As an Junior Engineer/Scientist, in Grande Prairie you'll be responsible for assisting multiple projects where you will have increasing interaction with our multi-disciplinary staff, regulatory agencies and clients. Assistwith the field coordination and execution of Phase IIenvironmentalsite assessments,remediationand groundwater monitoring programs
Travel asrequiredto support field programs
Prepare technical reports
Assistwith other service line projects when needed

~ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental, Engineering, Chemistry, or other related science
~Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
~ Site safety certifications and familiarity with off road vehicles, ½ or ¾ ton trucks would be considered an asset
~ A valid class 5 driver’s license (or class G or equivalent) with no restrictions

Works in an office environment when not deployed in the field
Often works outdoors and may be exposed to hot and cold environments and extreme weather conditions, including sunlit, rainy and windy conditions
